Tahkofest info point
During the event, the Tahkofest info point can be found in the lobby of Sokos Hotel’s restaurant Hillside (address Sääskiniementie 560). The info point is open on Thursday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
At the Tahkofest info point, you can get answers to all your event-related questions, whether they are about transportation or event programs.
A Red Cross first aid station will also be operating at the information desk on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
From the info point, you can pick up your Tahkofest wristband purchased through Kide.app, the Tahkofest overall badge, and the Tahko Appro pass. Once you have completed the Appro, you can collect the Appro overall badges from the info point.
Tahkofest Overall Badges
You can get five stylish overall badges as souvenirs from Tahkofest. You will receive the Tahkofest 2026 overall badge when redeeming your Tahkofest wristband. The Tahkofest 2026 overall badge is also for sale (€3) at the Tahkofest info point. You can obtain separate program-related overall badges from the Tahko Appro, the Beer Pong tournament, and the Sport fanatic sitz.
Event Terms and Conditions
Tahkofest reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule and program. Any changes will be announced via Tahkofest official Instagram account @tahkofest.
Tickets purchased through Kide.app are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or a new buyer from your Kide.app wallet.
Tahkofest is committed to creating a safe space for all participants. If you experience any inappropriate behavior during the event, please don’t hesitate to contact the event’s harassment contact persons.
Photography and Data Protection at the Event
Photographs and videos will be taken at the event by the event organiser. The material may be used for the event’s communication, marketing, and documentation purposes, including on websites, social media channels, and in possible advertising. The legal basis for photography is the organiser’s legitimate interest in communicating about its activities and promoting the event.
Photos and videos will primarily be taken as general shots of the event. For close-up images of identifiable individuals and material intended for marketing purposes, separate consent may be requested if necessary.
If you do not wish to be photographed or to appear in published material, please inform the photographers during the event or contact the organiser at info@tahkofest.fi.
You have the right to:

- request access to material concerning you
- request the deletion of images
